Twelve Saturdays

One of my fabulous friends Kate showed me this awesome website today and I have been obsessing over it ever since. Since football season has officially kicked off, I think its the perfect time to invest in one of these fancy little numbers.

Can you tell that i'm a huge Florida State fan? UCF might be my Alma Mater but I was born to be a Seminole so that is one thing that is never going to change.

These prices are a bit steep for game day gear but not to fear. Being the bargain hunter that I am, I have put together a more pocket friendly version of these cute little frocks.

All of the dresses are from Forever21 and the bows were on none other than good ole' ebay. They have an assortment of colors/styles to choose from. If you aren't a bow type of gal then there are all types of belts, jewelry, and hair accessories that can turn an ordinary solid colored dress into a glorious game day ensemble.

Let the Blogging Commence

After devoting many hours following the blogs of some pretty magnificent females, I have decided to start compiling my thoughts and life experiences on a blog of my own. I can't promise that I will always have something worthwhile to talk about. By no means do I live a glamorous life, but I do however believe that I have a many things to be thankful for.

After taking the scenic route to my degree, I graduated in May from The University of Central Florida. Finding motivation to go to school did not come easy to me. I spent 3 years figuring out what I wanted to do and having TOO much fun in the mean time. But, I did it and it will forever be one of the greatest feelings of accomplishments I will ever have, that is until I receive my Master's! ;)

After practically stalking Izea for months, I got a job there part-time. I would be lying if I wasn’t praying that it will turn into a full-time position in the near future. Anywho, it's a social media marketing company located right downtown.  Everything about the company is what I would classify as a ‘dream job’ and i'm so thankful that one of my good friends was able to score me an interview and ultimately get me the job!

I have a weakness for nail polish, shoes, clothes, accessories and just about everything that a normal girl loves.  My nephew and my boyfriend are the two most important people in my life and you will get to hear much more about the both of them, and myself, in post to come. Ta Ta for now!

So keep your head high, keep your chin up, and most importantly, keep smiling, because life's a beautiful thing and there's so much to smile about.” – Marilyn Monroe
