In 3 days, I'll be hoping on the longest plane ride of my life and heading to The Golden State.
If you've ever been there, please please please send your recommendations because we're flying blind with only what we can find courtesy of Mr. Google. We're spending a couple days in San Francisco and a couple in Napa Valley. I don't think I would make this long of a plane ride without the promise of lots of wine. So far, I think we came up with a pretty good itinerary for the 5 days we're there but please send anything you know our way!
The Basics:
ReplyDelete1.Fisherman's Wharf
2. Boudin's Sourdough Breakfast Sandwiches are the bomb
3. I liked the boat tour that sails around the prison
4. The viewpoint on the opposite side of the bridge from the city (so drive over the bridge from the city side to the Redwoods) and look from that point. AMAZING VIEW!
5. Redwood National Park & Muir Woods - WOW. Gorgeous. (Wear good shoes)
6. Ghiradelli Chocolate Factory - The Nob Hill Chill is the best chocolate milkshake I have ever had in my life. I am not kidding.
Have an amazing trip!
