I'm feeling crafty.
Do you ever just get the itch to create? I do. Although, I hardly ever do anything about it until I have time and by then the motivation is gone.
It's currently mid workday and I've made a commitment to myself. Directly following work, I'll be heading to Hobby Lobby to grab some supplies. I'm hoping that since my boyfriend is feeling about 40%, he'll want to help! I mean, it's better than his 0% yesterday, plus we haven't hung out since Thursday, so I'm putting his love to the test.
I'm in the mood to create headbands, earrings, picture frames, and home decor. So what I end up picking up at the store is still widely unknown. I mean, Hob Lob has everything you could ever dream of, so limiting myself is something I'm not prepared to do.
My dearest Pinterest has been giving me trouble all day. It looks like I'll be walking into this one blind. Is this honestly what we had to do before Pinterest? I've become so spoiled, I don't even remember what it was like to actually have to be creative and not just steal everyone else's ideas.
I guess I could turn to old faithful (Google) but even that seems like too much work. Also, there is something rather exciting about just jumping in and having no plan. Because that is definitely the exact opposite of the type of person I am. I love plans!
